How do I create a design request?
We have a super easy-to-use platform where you can create projects, communicate with your designers, ask for revisions and download all your files.
Creating a design project is as simple as filling in a form and attaching your assets. You designer will then get to work asap.
Can I submit multiple design requests at a time?
Yes! However, your designer will work on them one at a time and deliver the equivalent of our daily output everyday. If you wish to get more done or increase the speed of work, you can always upgrade to a plan with more daily outputs.
What does unlimited really mean?
With all our plans, you can submit as many design requests as you like and our designers will work on it every business day. Revisions are unlimited too!
No matter how many requests or revisions you submit, the price stays the same. You are only limited in terms of speed as we are real humans doing real work.

How long does it take to create presentation design?
Turnaround time depends on various factors, including the type and complexity of the task, the quality of the design brief and the number of revisions needed. On average, you can expect to receive your design the next business day with our Advanced and Business plans and on the same day with our Dedicated Designer plan.
Do I own the rights to the designs?
Yes. All of our work is done for you and for you only. You have complete ownership of the files as soon as you received them and are free to use them as you please.
Source files (PSD, AI, INDD, FIG, SKETCH) are always included along with PNG, JPEG, SVG & PDF.
Can you do photo editing?
Yes! Light photo editing is a part of our scope of service, which should be ideal for any social media use. However, we do not do Photoshop art or complex photo manipulation.
